How can I make a reservation for REST transport?
Reservations can be made over the phone (361-460-8972) by submitting a contact request form on our website (https://resttransportation.com/booking/), or via Facebook messenger.
What is the hourly service rate?
7 passenger REST = $150 / Hr (3 Hour minimum)
12 passenger REST = $150 / Hr (3 Hour minimum)
Prices may vary by date and vehicle availability. (For seasonal events such as graduations and weddings, be sure to reserve early as soon as possible). For an accurate price please enter complete trip information online (trip information should include the date, time, addresses, and vehicle type.) because we wanted to create a memorable and comfortable experience.
Actually, basic rates listed above do not include sales tax (6.5% when applicable), Congestion surcharge (if applicable), service charge (if applicable), 9% fuel surcharge, tolls (if applicable), parking (if applicable), extra stops (if applicable), or additional waiting time that may be incurred during your trip. Furthermore, there is an additional $45 charge for Meet and Greet pickups. Therefore, for an all-inclusive quote please contact us as our team members are available for your assistance.

What if I need to extend my trip past my booking time?
As a matter of fact, REST concierge can support any request. we will be in contact with you and your driver as well during travel to manage and/or update your trip details.
Can I split the charge of a trip with another passenger?
Absolutely. All transactions are completed through our mobile app; and once the ride is finalized, the Share Payment option will prompt you to split the payment.
21 years of age and older are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages.

What Does the interior look like?
Our rides are equipped with an array of entertainment options such as TVs, state-of-the-art sound system, HDMI ports, charging stations, and other storage options along with a driver partition for privacy. Interior design and decoration of the vans are reallly beautiful and amazing.As well as, our luxury vans are designed to provide you with the ultimate luxury transportation. Basically, we wanted to create a memorable and comfortable experience with a luxurious interior customized with exclusive materials and intricacies. Moreover, we ensure that a smooth ride with our top-of-the-line suspension, safety, and powerful engine for comfortable and memorable experience.
How many people does it hold?
Depending on the shuttle, generally it can hold 6 or 7 passengers.
Basically, depending on the shuttle and the number of passengers it can hold golf clubs, duffle bags, large suitcases, car seats, strollers, etc…
What if I need to cancel my trip?
REST cancellation policy requires 48 hour advance notice. For scheduled rides booked by the hour, first a 24 hour notice of cancellation is required in order to avoid a two hour booking fee.
Moreover, for on demand rides, the cancellation window is open on the REST app until the driver is within 3 minutes of pick up location.
Do REST drivers go through screening?
Obviously with REST, you’re always in control and our drivers go through a rigorous screening so we can ensure that they provide you with an elite and safe experience without any hassle.
